The aim of the study was to evaluate effect a single injection bleomycin on heart
 Material and methods. conducted in Research Institute Transport Medicine during 2016-2021. experimental model cardiotoxic performed using medication "Bleocin" manufactured by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. (Japan). According task, 10 mature rats both sexes Wistar line with body weight 237 ± 20 g.
 Rats were housed standard vivarium conditions Odessa National Medical University. Animals divided into 2 groups: group (n = 5) control 5). Bleomycin animals obtained intraperitoneally at dose 0.5 IU / kg once. Withdrawal from experiment 5th day experiment, followed morphological morphometric examination.
 Statistical processing data methods variance, correlation regression analysis Statistica 14.0 software (TIBCO, USA)
 Results. Single administration os causes changes macroscopic parameters (myocardial weight, visual changes) are minimal. main microscopic level represented contractural degeneration segmental or partial-lateral lysis, ie there is not total but partial myocardial damage.
 Conclusion. A can cause inflammatory-dystrophic myocardium.
